Standard Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge.
Returned item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you purchased PARRYLINE products from another authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly for returns or exchanges.


Returns Process

(Excluding Black Friday and other promotional periods)

  1. Contact us at offical@PARRYLINE.com to request your return label.

  2. Please include your order number and specify the item(s) you would like to return.

  3. We will respond with instructions and next steps after receiving your email.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email offical@PARRYLINE.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damaged item(s)

  • Subject line: “DAMAGED”

We will replace or refund the affected item after verification.


Missing Items

If you did not receive your full order, please contact us at offical@PARRYLINE.com with the subject line “MISSING ITEM”, including your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will depend on the courier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective or damaged product), PARRYLINE will cover the shipping cost for the return.


Order Cancellations

Customers are allowed to cancel orders before the order is shipped and within the time frame specified on the website.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process described above.
